街の魅力やワインや畑の個性などをたっぷり語ってもらいます。

コロナ禍で中断していた、イタリア地葡萄ワイン会を、極少人数で開催します。今まで毎回州違い12種類のワインをレストランに持ち込んでマリアージュをご紹介していましが、今回は、一つの州に絞って6種類飲み比べです。出張料理人による、ラツィオ州のワインと料理で開催します。
